James Pease became the General Manager in 2009 after playing for the club for over 10 years. James has represented his country on numerous occassions and has inplemented huge changes to the Blaze's community involvement since his appointment.

Sally Mahers has been an integral part of the Blaze growth in Coventry from dealing with marketing to the commercial management where she currently works.

Long time Blaze supporter, Rob Coleman became the club's Marketing Executive after many years working with the club on game nights and events. Rob is responsible for promoting the club throughout the region and for introducing the sport to new people across the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

Former Blaze Player of the Season, Matt Soderstrom combines his Assistant Coach's responsibilities with running the club's retail operations at our city centre store in Market Way. Soderstrom is the club's all time appearance making import and whilst he may make occasional appearances for the team on the ice, his primary focus will switch to the club's merchandising operations and supporting Thompson in coaching the team.

Rikki is the club's Community Officer with responsibility for developing and delivering the huge programme of community activities undertaken by the club's highly successful Community Foundation. Rikki is a current member of the Club's English National League side and graduated from Coventry University with a BA in Sports Marketing. He has also spent several seasons coaching in the Coventry Blaze Academy.

Sarah Hancock joined the organisation's marketing team in 2010 after graduating with a Masters degree from Coventry University. As well as having primary responsibility for marketing of the Hull Stingrays, Sarah also supports the many marketing initiatives operated by the Coventry Blaze.
