The Day You’ve Been Waiting For Is Here!

Join us TONIGHT (24th August) as we take back to the ice in the Skydome Arena for our first pre-season against the Nottingham Panthers, 7.30pm face-off.

The game will be sponsored by our title sponsor Genting Casino, situated at the Skydome where you can get drinks, food and play various casino games before and after the game. Blaze season ticket holders are able to get a 25% of discount card from the casino.

If you haven’t got your tickets yet, they can still be purchased ONLINE, at the Skydome Arena box office in person or by calling them on 02476 630693. The box office is open from 9am every day and you can also pay on the door when you arrive for the game however tickets are selling fast for this game – doors open at 6.45pm.

We have a special guest of Laura Howes singing the National Anthem live just before face-off and she will also be singing a selection of songs in the first period break.

The Suretax 50/50 raffle is back! The Southam Agri game worn shirt will be the home jersey off the back of #19 Garrett Klotz. Tickets will be available to purchase from the programme stands and the sellers around the arena when doors open until the start of the third period – tickets are priced at just £1 each for both of these raffles.

The Booster Club special raffle prize is 4 tickets to the Skylounge for our game on the 7th of September against the Manchester Storm - tickets are only £2 each for this great prize.

The Chuck-A-Puck will be back as well with a range of prizes up for grabs – pucks can be purchased for only £1 from the sellers around the arena or at the programme stands. You can again get three pucks for the price of two at the game plus you can now also get 8 pucks for just £5!

You will again be able to vote for your man of the match via Twitter using #BLAZEMOTM. Votes will be counted from within 5 minutes left of the game and you will only be able to vote once so make sure you use your vote wisely.

Following proceedings, the famous #Raceto2000 will come to its conclusion with the underdog victor, Scorch claiming the bet by dumping eggs on the head of the unlucky Liam Stewart – no one wants to miss that so make sure you stick around at the final buzzer to cheer on your favourite dragon!

Please note that the Skydome Arena management’s policy is such that no food or drink may be brought into the arena from outside and they reserve the right to carry out bag searches.

Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to seeing you all for game one of the season!
