Refund update from Planet Ice

Planet Ice and the Coventry Blaze would like to apologise to customers currently waiting for refunds on the following cancelled games.

  • Coventry Blaze vs. Fife Flyers (13/03/20) 
  • Coventry Blaze vs. Guildford Flames (21/03/20) 
  • Coventry Blaze vs. Belfast Giants (29/03/20) 

Due to COVID-19, Planet Ice are operating with a reduced team of administrators and there is an exceptionally high quantity of events requiring ticket refunds due to cancellations. This includes events cancelled at Basingstoke, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Leeds. 

If you bought tickets for any of the above games via the online Ice Account system refunds are scheduled to be processed on Thursday 26th March. 

Customers who purchased tickets through the Skydome Arena box office either in person or via the telephone will be refunded direct from the box office and contact will be made with these customers in the next 5 days to organise a refund. 

Planet Ice and the Coventry Blaze would like to thank customers for their understanding and patience. 

Message from the Coventry Blaze

We have been contacted by a number of people asking not to be refunded for tickets bought for the above cancelled games. This is much appreciated, however Planet Ice's policy is to ensure refunds are given to all customers.
