Bouden Coach Travel Visit Blaze

The Genting Casino Coventry Blaze were pleased to invite staff from our official coach travel provider, Bouden Coach Travel to our recent game vs. Fife Flyers at the Skydome Arena. 

The team were invited to the game as a thanks for the outstanding service provided by the coach travel company this season. 

Head Coach Danny Stewart, the players and the club couldn't be more pleased with what has been provided so far and we look forward to contiuing our partnership with them.

Bouden's mission was simple; 'make the customer journey as simple and easy as possible, both online and on the road'.

Their certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor showing that they are rated number 1 for transport in the local area and their 4.5-star rating of excellent on Trustpilot show that they had pretty much mastered the physical experience of travel, but the previous website left a lot to be desired for the customer's online experience.

Dedicated as always, Bouden Travel decided to use the latter end of their 2019 marketing efforts to build and create a website that was not only easy to use but also inspires travel through new and improved content. Ready to launch in 2020 they will be starting the new decade in style, allowing visitors to have a very informative experience as the company continue to grow and increase market presence.

This mobile-friendly website will offer access to a regularly updated blog full of essential travel information, company news and educational content and a whole host of travel tips and tricks. A quick and easy fill out form for transport quotations, updated vehicle descriptions and services pages. As well as a re-developed gallery equipped with YouTube video reel, social media feeds, built-in map feature, case study feed, and a pop-out chat feature so that customers can ask a question 24/7.

The aim of the company is to provide a full travel management solution to their clients. From a simple quotation for A to B transport, to constructing a bespoke package specifically tailored to their requirements.

PR, Sales and Marketing Executive Hannah Moore who headed up the project, said, "We wanted to create a website that mirrors our own values. Simple to use, easy to understand and free of jargon. We like our clients to understand the products and services they're purchasing and so for us, it was extremely important that the website stayed true to this.
