Prior to signing up to our webcast we recommend you take the following steps:

1. Test your download speed at www.speedtest.net

We recommend a minimum download speed of 2Mb should allow you to watch the game smoothly.

2. Ensure that you have the current version of adobe flash player installed on your PC.

If not you can download it for free from FlashPlayer

3. Ensure that you have deleted your temporary internet files before viewing. 4. Disable Hardware Acceleration by using these steps:

In Windows XP
a. Click on Start
b. Click Control Panel and Click Display
c. Select the Settings tab and click on the Advanced.
d. Click on the Troubleshoot tab.
e. Disable the hardware acceleration completely by dragging the slider to the extreme left.


In Windows Vista
a. Click Start
b. Click Control Panel, choose Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, click Display Settings, and then click Advanced Settings.
c. Under the Troubleshoot tab, and then click Change Settings.
5. Reduce your system colours from 32 bit to 16 bit through display settings.


6. Our webcasts have a two channel audio commentary, and so please balance your speaker settings through Control Panel to ensure both commentaries are received.

Should you still experience issues with viewing the webcast we recommend you try using a different internet browser. We have found Google Chrome or Firefox to be slightly more reliable than Internet Explorer.

Even with a fast download speed the webcast may still not stream smoothly if you do not adopt good housekeeping on your PC.

If you lose your internet connection during the game you may need to have your IP address reset on our system. If you cannot log back on please call Clean Cut Sports on 07855 526751 to be reset (this is faster than emailing)
