We really hope you have enjoyed the 2012/13 Coventry Blaze ice hockey season and that you will be back and ready for more come September 2013! This season’s players have captured the hearts of the fan base with their exciting, all action style of play and we will be looking to continue that into 2013/14. We hope you will join us !
After several years where admission prices have remained frozen, due to the ever increasing costs of running a team at this level we will be increasing all game by game ticket prices by £1 per ticket from next season. Whilst this means that season ticket prices will also rise, it will be by less than the cost of the game by game increase so you are still guaranteed a great value price to watch your favourite team in action.
As a club, we are naturally extremely grateful to all of our season ticket holders for the support they give so we want to give all our season ticket holders and any supporters who wish to purchase a season ticket next season, the opportunity to avoid the effects of the price rise. As a very special offer that is valid only until ‘Season Ticket Saturday’ 9th March 2013, you can purchase a 2013/14 season ticket for the same early bird price of a 2012/13 season ticket. A 27 game season ticket will therefore cost an adult £345 (just £12.77 per game compared to the game by game price of £17) rather than between £366 and £393 after 9th March.
We are continuing the additional price categories that were popularly introduced last season which will include 16 to 18 year olds and NUS Extra card holders (proof of entitlement will need to be provided at the start of next academic year). Family season tickets can again be upgraded where one or both children are in the 16 to 18 category. Season tickets will cover 27 competitive home games (League or Cup) and the exact games will be communicated once our fixtures are confirmed.
We will continue to aim to play as many games as possible on Sunday evenings although a number of Saturdays and the occasional midweek game are unavoidable. Our Sunday face off time will continue to be 5.15pm next season.
Payment for season tickets can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card and can be paid for in full or split over two or six payments.
As always, there are a number of fantastic extra benefits associated with being a season ticket holder including :-
· The lowest possible admission prices for Blaze home games – significant savings over game by game prices
· Not having to pay the 10% booking fees, phone charges or extra credit card charges for season ticket games
· Your personal seat reserved for you for non season ticket games to enable you to purchase you seats at your leisure up to 90 minutes before face off
· Ten lucky season ticket holders will have their season tickets personally delivered to them by a Blaze player at the start of the season
· An invitation to watch an exclusive Blaze training session at the Skydome Arena to enjoy seeing the team put through their paces
· An invitation to an exclusive ‘Skate with the Blaze’ session where for one hour it will be just season ticket holders and Blaze players on the ice
· One lucky season ticket holder each month will present our Player of the Month trophy on the ice to the winning player
· An exclusive bidding period for selected Blaze shirt auctions during the season
· Discounted ticket prices for selected club events.
