Celebrating your birthday with the Coventry Blaze is a great way to make the passing of another year extra special and is easy to arrange.

The cost is just £15 on top of the regular ticket price to attend the games. Tickets should be booked and paid for direct with the Arena box office on 02476 630693 in the normal way. The package includes a complimentary matchnight programme which will feature a personalised birthday greeting along with a special Blaze Birthday Card signed by all the team. Up to ten people per match will be accepted this season and all ten will go onto the ice at the end of the game to be presented with their cards by a player of our choice. In addition to this you will also receive a signed personalised photo of a player of your choice. A picture of the presentation will be printed for you after the match.

All you need to do is complete the application (please download it by clicking on the link below) and return it with your payment of £15, either in cash or by cheque payable to Ice Cold Promotions Ltd. to the Hockey Locker or to the matchnight shop on any matchnight. Alternatively, the form and payment can be posted to:

Then go and book your tickets with the Arena. Please be aware that any bookings need to be recieved 10 days in advance.

When you arrive for the game, simply go to the ticket collection point and you will receive your complimentary programme. Then at the end of the game, come along to the presentation area beneath Block 13 and you will be presented with your birthday card.

It's as simple as that!
